摘    要:研究了一种以脱硫石膏为复合胶凝材料的基料,以玻化微珠为轻质集料配制而成的保温砂浆的性能及其变化规律.复合胶凝材料由脱硫石膏、矿渣粉、少量水泥和激发剂组成,具备优良的水化硬化特性,其28 d抗压强度能达25 MPa以上.结果表明,以这种复合胶凝材料和玻化微珠共同配制的保温砂浆,其各项性能指标均达到相关标准的要求.同时,因原材料中采用了大量工业废弃物,这种保温砂浆产品的环境效益和社会效益极佳,市场前景广阔.

Abstract:The primary properties and changing law of a kind of inorganic thermal insulation mortar taking Flue Gas Desulphurization gypsum(FGD gypsum) as raw material and small expanded and vitrified balls as lightweight aggregate were studied.The cementitious material made up with FGD gypsum,slag powder,and small amount of cement and activator owned excellent hydration and hardening function,and the 28 d compressive strength can be reached above 25 MPa.The results show that the primary properties of such prepared th...
