5种野生多孔菌提取物的抗氧化活性

摘    要:以BHT、TBHQ和Trolox 3种合成抗氧化剂为阳性对照,运用DPPH法和ABTS法对瓦宁木层孔菌(Phellinus vaninii)、喜马拉雅木层孔菌(Phellinus himalayensis)、尖小木层孔菌(Phellinidium aciforum)、乌苏里黑孔菌(Nigroporus ussuriensis)和桦褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus)5种野生多孔菌子实体的乙酸乙酯提取物(EAE)和无水乙醇提取物(AEAE)的抗氧化活性进行测定和评价。结果显示:5种菌的EAE和AEAE清除自由基能力具有显著差异(P<0.05),并且每种菌AEAE清除自由基活性均高于其EAE;瓦宁木层孔菌AEAE清除DPPH自由基的活性最高,其IC50值为60.74mg/L,低于BHT(IC50值为90.51mg/L);清除ABTS+ ·能力最强的也是瓦宁木层孔菌AEAE,其IC50值为32.26mg/L。因此瓦宁木层孔菌(杨黄)具有很强的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:The antioxidant activities of ethyl acetate extracts(EAE) and absolute ethyl alcohol extracts(AEAE) from the fruiting bodies of Phellinus vaninii(PV),Phellinus himalayensis(PH),Phellinidium aciforum(PA),Nigroporus ussuriensis(NU) and Inonotus obliquus(IO) were evaluated by determining their scavenging rates against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) and2,2-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)(ABTS) free radicals.The antioxidants BHT,TBHQ and Trolox were used as positive controls.The results i...
