减水剂对泡沫混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:通过聚羧酸减水剂、三聚氰胺减水剂和萘系减水剂在泡沫混凝土中应用效果的比较表明,萘系减水剂的综合效果最好.萘系减水剂可提高水泥的分散性及泡沫混凝土的7d和28 d抗压强度,掺加萘系减水剂后泡沫混凝土的自然干燥收缩率降低,同时质量吸水率和体积吸水率都呈下降趋势.

Abstract:In this paper,polycarboxylic acid,melamin and polynaphthaene sulphonate water-reducing agent are tested respectively in foamed concrete.The result shows that polynaphthaene sulphonate water-reducing agent has the best comprehensive application effect.It can improve the dispersion of cement and foamed concrete compressive strength of 7 d and 28 d.After dosing polynaphthaene sulphonate water-reducing agent,the natural drying shrinkage of foamed concrete decreased,while mass water absorption and volume absorpt...
