| 摘 要： | 摩托车发动机电子控制模块（Electronic Control Unit：ECU）是摩托车电喷系统的核心部件,在其量产之前,需要进行严格的耐久性测试。笔者基于某型号摩托车ECU模块,研究设计了一个开放、智能、实用的ECU耐久性测试系统,成功应用于现场测试,并取得了良好效果。它根据摩托车ECU在线运行的工况,构建了以工控机为控制核心的仿真平台,模拟产生摩托车的传感信号及执行机构的动作,并且能够切换模拟负载。通过ECU耐久性测试,可以缩短ECU研发周期,提高企业竞争力,同时对增强国产ECU自主研发实力具有重要意义。 |
