摘    要:通过对凝结时间、粘结强度、耐水性、施工性等性能的测试,研究了建筑磷石膏颗粒级配、外加剂和填料对建筑磷石膏性能的影响,明确了建筑磷石膏基腻子材料的合理级配、外加剂种类及掺量.结果表明,羟丙基甲基纤维素对建筑磷石膏腻子的粘结性和保水性影响最为显著,其掺量不宜大于0.1%;磷石膏的合理级配能明显提高腻子的保水、刮涂性能;僧水剂掺量和滑石粉取代量分别以0.05%、15%为宜:配制的磷石膏腻子的干粘结强度为0.63 MPa,保水率达到97%,表干时间85 min,耐水性、施工性、耐碱性及打磨性等均合格.

Abstract:The influences of important factors on the performance of phosphogypsum are investigated by determining setting time,cohesive strength,waterproof performance and working performance,etc.which referring to factors such as grain composition, admixture and stuffing.Rational grain composition,the category of admixture and the additive quantity in the putty of phosphogypsum are confirmed.The results indicate that hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose has a great influence on the cohesive strength and preservative water...
