摘    要:针对某水电站地下厂房在开挖过程中,0+109~0+119段下游吊车梁与岩壁接触面发生开裂的情况,使用三维弹塑性损伤有限元,较为全面真实地模拟洞室施工开挖以及吊车梁的浇筑过程,模拟了断层和爆破对岩体和吊车梁的影响,最终找到了开裂原因.计算进一步预测了在后续开挖过程中以及洞室开挖完成后运行期轮压荷载作用下吊车梁的稳定性状况,为工程施工提供了指导意见,对类似工程具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义.

Abstract:During the excavations of one underground powerhouse,where in 0+109-0+119 section,it was split open that the bonding interface between the rock-anchored beam(RAB) and a vertical rock wall.In order to find the cause of crack,we simulated the real process of excavation and RAB pouring in three-dimension by finite element method.Finally,the cause of cracking is found;and the stability of RAB under subsequent excavations and roll press loads is forecasted during the operation period.The work provides some suggestions to the real construction of underground powerhouse;and it can also serve as a reference value for the other similar projects.
