基于顾客满意度的产品创新方法研究

摘    要:对基于顾客满意度的产品创新方法进行探讨,在顾客满意度调查的基础上,对3个基于不同侧面的产品创新点的挖掘方法进行研究,然后利用模糊推理对提出的产品创新点挖掘方法进行综合。在挖掘出产品创新点后,提出根据专业知识对产品进行可拓变换改进的创新设计方法,并给出一个产品创新点挖掘方法的计算实例。

Abstract:Studies a product innovation method,which based on customer satisfaction.On the ground of customer satisfaction investigation,have studied three dig methods focused on different aspects respectively and synthesizing the dig methods of product innovation by using fuzzy inference.After digging out the innovative points,according to expertise,the design method of extension conversion's improvements on the product has been put forward and one computational examples of dig methods on product innovative points has been provided.
