方钢管高强混凝土轴压短柱的试验研究

摘    要:进行了24根方钢管高强混凝土轴压短柱的试验研究,采用的混凝土强度fcu^10为59.7~79.6MPa.通过实验分析了混凝土强度、含钢率和套箍系数对方钢管高强混凝土试件力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,混凝土强度是决定方钢管高强混凝土轴压短柱破坏模式的主要因素,混凝土强度较低时试件表现为腰鼓形破坏,随着混凝土强度的提高,试件的破坏模式由腰鼓形向剪切形转变;钢管截面宽厚比70时,达到极限承载力之前钢管出现明显的局部鼓曲现象;混凝土强度提高系数随着套箍系数的增加而增大.

Abstract:Experimental research on 24 concrete-filled square hollow section (SHS) stub columns subjected to axial compressive load is presented. The concrete strength f_(cu)~(10) is between 59.7 MPa and 79.6 MPa. The influence of concrete strength, steel yielding strength and steel ratio on the behavior of the stub columns are analyzed by experiments. The results reveal that concrete strength is the primary factors of the failure modes of the specimens,which is changed from drum shape failure mode to shear failure mode as the increase of the concrete strength. When the cross-sectional width to breadth ratio is over 70, the local buckling can be observed before reaching the ultimate load. The strength of the core concrete increases along with the increase of the confinement factor.
