| 摘 要： | 以徐州某高校礼堂增层改造设计为例,探讨了现代高校旧礼堂改建需要解决的几个问题,表明了新时期院校建设中旧建筑改造这一建设模式的可行性以及改建模式在节约资金、空间利用等方面对院校发展所具有的优越性。

| Abstract: | Taking the building design of adding storeys and reconstruction of a academy hall in Xuzhou as an example,the paper discusses several problems which need to be resolved of rebuilding the old hall in modern academies.This paper testifies the practicality of the mode of reconstruction to old academy building in new period,and shows the advantages in practicing economy and saving space to development of academies. |
