炭分子筛上氧、氮吸附特性的实验测定

摘    要:针对BF型炭分子筛孔结构的特点,利用双分散孔结构吸附模型,采用色谱扰动-应答方法,对微孔扩散控制传质机理进行了实验认定,测定了O2的吸附平衡常数K、扩散时间常数Dc/rc2以及O2、N2两组分常温下的吸附等温线.

Abstract:This work is a part of systematic modeling study on air separation by the pressure swing adsorption process to produce nitrogen. The experimental results concerning the adsorption equilibrium and kinetics of oxygen and nitrogen over a commercial adsorbent, BF-CMS, were obtained. By means of gas chromatographic impulse-response method, a bidisperse adsorption model was used to describe the adsorption process and to correlate the experimental data. The adsorption equilibrium constants of oxygen and nitrogen, and the diffusion time constant, Dc/ r2c, of oxygen are given. The experimental results confirm that the diffusion in the micropore of the adsorbent is the rate limiting step in the adsorption process and the adsorption equilibria of both O2, and N2 obey Henry's Law.
