摘    要:借助SolidWorks进行三维造型,运用德国MAGMA软件:进行凝固过程的数值模拟,可预知体收缩类缺陷;充型过程的数值模拟,预知充型过程类缺陷如冷隔、卷气、夹渣等缺陷;应力应变场的模拟,用以分析铸件变形的趋势。通过计算机辅助分析,优化铸造工艺,提高新产品的开发速度。

Abstract:Using 3D modeling software(SolidWorks)and the German MAGMA software,numerical simulation of solidification process can predict contraction type defects,numerical simulation of filling process can predict the filling defects such as cold shut,trapped gas,slag inclusion and other defects,stress-strain field simulation can analyze the trend of casting distortion.Through computer-aided analysis,we can optimizate casting process,and improve the speed of new product development.
