基于STC12C5A60S2与PID算法的数控电源的设计与实现

摘    要:基于提高电源效率的目的,设计了采用PID算法的数控电源.系统采用STC12C5A60S2自带的PWM控制BUCK电路,同时对其输出电路进行采样,组成了一个高速的闭环控制系统.文中给出了数控电源的接口电路及PID算法的软件设计.实验结果表明:该数控电源具有纹波小、高效率的优点.

Abstract:For the purpose of improving power efficiency the paper designs a numerical control power based on the PID algorithm.The system is a high-speed closed-loop control system,which uses the PWM that comes with the STC 12C5A60S2 to control BUCK circuit and which samples an output circuit simultaneously.Given numerical control power interface circuit and software design of the PID algorithm.The experimental results show that:the numerical control power has the advantages of small ripple and high efficiency.
