摘    要:在分布式水文模型的开发和应用过程中,如何相互借用已有模型的模块(即互操作),组合成新的模型是其中的主要挑战之一。开发模块化水文模拟系统并实现互操作,从而灵活有效地处理复杂的环境问题,将是未来水文模型发展的一个重要方向。本文以已有的分布式水文模型为基础,利用形式概念分析(Formal Concept Analysis,FCA)方法,识别模型中描述主要水文过程的基本方程,通过组合这些方程产生新概念,并形成概念格层次结构。作者采用Hasse图直观反映了新概念的层次结构,以此来指导设计者开发具有定制功能的模块化水文模型,力图实现模块的即插即用功能。文中以分布式水文模型中的地表产流过程为案例,描述了关联规则挖掘的全过程及其优化组合,验证了该方法可行性。

Abstract:Abstract: There are many challenging issues in the development and application of distributed hydrological models. Among them, how to utilize parts of components, also called interoperability, and combine these to a new model, in existing hydrological models is especially critical, because the interoperability between models is efficient in solving complex environment issues. The authors believe that the development of modular distributed hydrological models would be an important trend in next generation of models. Using Formal Concept Analysis (FCA), this paper identifies the basic equation describing the major hydrological processes on the basis of existing distributed hydrological models. A hierarchy framework of new concept derived from FCA has been established by combining the basic equations. The authors also use Hassle graph to illustrate the structure of the new concepts. The Hassle graph could be an essential guideline for modeler to develop plug-in modules for the future customized hydrological models. Using surface runoff generation as case study, the procedure of mining association rules is applied in this study. The results in this paper show the feasibility of the FCA method in hydrological modeling.
