西安军工企业品牌运营障碍性因素分析

摘    要:随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,企业间的竞争越发明显地表现为品牌的竞争,军工企业也不例外.针对西安军工企业在品牌运营方面存在的问题,本文从品牌运营的科技力、营销力和形象力入手,分析了西安军工企业品牌运营的现状及障碍性因素,并提出了西安军工企业应在克服军工管理惯性、强化品牌意识、制定合理的品牌定位、树立良好品牌形象、培养品牌管理人才、扩展品牌宣传方式、加强品牌维护等方面采取措施提高军工企业的品牌运营效率.

Abstract:Competitions in the enterprises obviously display as the brand competitions with the fierce competitions in market.Of course in the military enterprises,too.This literary divides the brand operation into scientific and technological strength,marketing strength and image strength and analyze the current barrier factors in brand operation of military enterprises in Xi'an.And give countermeasures about raising the efficiency of brand operation of Xi'an military enterprise.These countermeasures are conquering the inertia of the management in military enterprises,strengening the consciousness of brand,formulating the proper position of brand,making good image of brand,fostering the manager of brand,spreading way of brand,reinforcing the defence of brand.
