摘    要:针对某油田热采蒸汽驱用隔热管连续发生管柱断裂事故, 做了现场调查和试验分析,主要包括材料化学成分分析、显微断口观察、高倍透射电子显微镜金相组织检查及管材机械性能测定。分析结果认为, 隔热管断裂均发生在经过返修的内管和外管焊接部位, 由于焊接不当, 形成各种形式的初始裂纹, 成为发生断裂的断裂源。另外, 用普通碳钢油管制造的隔热管体( 内管和外管) 经过长时间在300℃以上温度下工作, 其显微组织及力学性能已经退化, 极易发生脆性断裂。建议用合金钢管制造隔热管。

Abstract:Field investigation in the fracture of thermal tubings for steam flooding is conducted, and test and analysis are made, including analysis of chemical compositions of material, microstructure observation, metallurgical microstructure examination and mechanical properties test. Analysis result shows that, the fracture occurs on the welding part of the repaired pipes, and the fracture is caused by the initial cracks resulted from improper welding. In addition, working at a temperature of more than 300℃ for long time, the thermal insulated pipe made of conventional carbon steel is apt to fracture.
