摘    要:对影响螺旋锥齿轮制造加工精度的重要因素——切齿工序误差进行了分析,提出了齿面接触区误差、齿距误差、齿面粗糙度误差修正方案,并指出切齿工序误差对齿轮噪音有严重影响。

Abstract:To affect the spiral bevel gear manufacture working accuracy the important attribute-cutting tooth working procedure error carried on the analysis.Proposed the tooth face zone of contact error,the tooth pitch error,the tooth face roughness error amend a plan,and pointed out that the cutting tooth working procedure error has the serious influence to gear noise.
