| 摘 要： | 本文简述了ＩＣ卡的分类和性能，用对比的方法指出ＩＣ卡与磁卡的区别及ＩＣ卡的优越性。根据我国ＩＣ卡的发展现状，分析了当前制约ＩＣ卡发展的主要因素。并针对现状与存在的问题，提出了在我国发展ＩＣ卡应采取的和经营方式。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the categories and performances of the IC cards. The difference and superiority of IC cards over magnetic cards are shown by contrast. In the light of the status quo of the IC card development in China, an analysis is made of the major restraining factors of IC card development, and measures and operating styles ought to be taken for IC card development in China are put forward to resolve the existing problems. |
