| 摘 要： | 为保证大型弹簧钢片在热处理过程中，不发生开裂和翘起度超差，重新制订了热处理工艺。通过增加高温回火、降低淬火温度、加快冷却速度等手段，获得了最好的效果。

| Abstract: | Heat treatment process was optimized for the large-scale elastic steel slice with high elasticity and high hardness for fulfilling the technical requirement and prevent from cracking and bigger tilting.By increasing the high temperature tempering and dropping the quenching temperature and rapid cooling,the best effect was achieved. |
