Procurement management for EPC lump-sum contract project of domestic electric power design institutes

In order to adapt to changes in the economy,the domestic electric power design institutes develop the EPC contracting business,which provides the experiences and lays foundation for their transformation into engineering company.The procurement is very important link in the implementation process of an EPC contract project.The problem of improvement of procurement process was discussed,and some suggestions were put forward;it is expected that this paper will be helpful for electric power design institutes in procurement of equipments and materials.
