磨煤机减速机润滑油系统优化

郑州某热电厂200MW机组磨煤机的减速机配置了自润滑油泵及润滑油冷却器形成的润滑油系统,运行中因减速机自润滑油系统运行不稳定,频繁造成减速机损坏。对#2机组4台磨煤机减速机润滑油系统进行了优化改进,采用磨煤机大瓦润滑油站供油,为减速机提供润滑与冷却,#2机组磨煤机减速机运行可靠性大幅提高,可为使用同类型磨煤机减速机的电厂提供参考。

Optimization of lubricating oil system of gear reducer in coal mill

The lubricating oil system,which includes the self-lubrication oil pump and the lubrication oil cooler,is configured for the gear reducer of the coal mill of 200MW unit in a thermal power plant in Zhengzhou.Due to the operation of the self-lubrication oil system of the gear reducer was not stable,the gear reducer was damaged frequently.The gear reducer lubrication oil systems of four coal mills of unit No.2 was optimized and reformed;the lubrication oil stations for mill main bear set were used for providing lubrication and cooling for the gear reducers.The operation reliability of gear reducers of the coal mills in unit No.2 was increased greatly.The optimization scheme can be used as reference for the power plant using similar gear reducer of coal mill.
