表面活性剂在硅灰石制二氧化硅中的应用研究

摘    要:用酸浸硅灰石制二氧化硅 ,讨论了反应过程及 5种表面活性剂对产物的比表面积、DBP吸着率、表观密度等性质及产率的影响 ,其中聚乙二醇 (PEG)可大幅度提高产物的比表面积。当PEG相对分子质量≥ 60 0 0、添加量接近硅灰石质量的 1 0 %时 ,产物比表面积 >50 0m2 ·g- 1,DBP吸着率≤ 2 0 0mL 1 0 0g。

Abstract:Silica was produced by the reaction between wollastonite and acid.The effects of reaction process and five different surfactants on the specific surface area,DBP adsorption rate,apparent density and the yield of the product were discussed.It showed that the specific surface area could be raised by adding PEG to the reaction system.When the molecular weight of PEG≥6000 and amount of addition was about 10%,the specific surface area of the product exceeded 500 m\+2·g\+\{-1\} and DBP adsorption rate was less than 200 mL/100 g.
