摘    要:中国离子交换法生产碳酸钾厂家排放的工业废水中含有一定量的氯化铵,提出了采用多效真空降膜蒸发系统兼热泵技术回收废液中的氯化铵的治理方案,并给出多效热泵蒸发工艺参数的设计方法;克服了常规蒸发技术从低浓度氯化铵废液中提取氯化铵带来的能耗大、对设备腐蚀性强的缺点;不仅解决了工业废水对环境的污染,而且有较好的经济效益。

Abstract:A certain amount of ammonium chloride are contained in the wastewater from the production of potassium carbonate by ion - exchange. The effective scheme and process design method for the wastewater treatment are made. Both jet pump and three effects vacuum evaporation are used in the technology route which can recover ammonium chloride . The defects, such as great consumption of energy and serious corrosion of equipment in the normal evaporation technology of abstracting ammonium chloride from low concentration ammonium chloride solution are overcome by using the new technology process. The new technology can not only solve the wastewater pollution to the environment, but also get remarkable economic benefit.
