使用菱镁石调整渣型和使用铝渣型冶炼锰硅合金生产的探讨(Ⅰ)

摘    要:论述了使用菱镁石调整渣型生产锰硅合金的特点。采用钙镁渣型,炉渣中MgO含量控制在16%~18%,CaO含量控制在12%~14%;采用镁渣型,炉渣中MgO含量控制在18%~21%。增加渣中MgO含量可提高元素的还原效率,提高炉温,降低炉渣黏度,而相对于钙渣型,可提高硅的利用率,减少焦炭和硅石用量,同时降低渣中跑锰;使用铝渣型(与钙渣型和镁渣型相比)会有更高的炉温,硅的利用率和元素回收率增加,若原料搭配合理,使用铝渣型生产锰硅合金可不另配入硅石。通过比较得出:配入菱镁石调整渣型冶炼锰硅合金是完全可行的。

Abstract:Stated the feature that adjusting slag type with magnesite to produce manganese-silicon.If the type of calcium magnesium slag is used,the MgO content in furnace slag is controlled at 16%~18%,CaO content should be 12%~14%; If using magnesium slag type,the MgO content in furnace slag is controlled at 18%~21%.The increase of MgO content in slag can improve the reduction rate of elements,raise the furnace temperature and reduce the viscosity of furnace slag. However,calcium slag type can improve the utilization rate of silicon,reduce the quantity of coke and silica,and lower the loss of manganese in slag.If aluminum slag type(compared with calcium and magnesium slag type) is used,the temperature will be higher,the utilization rate of silicon and recovery rate of elements will increase.If the matching of raw materials is reasonable,it is able to use aluminum slag type to produce manganese-silicon without matching the silica.Through the comparison,it is completely feasible that matching magnesite to adjust slag type when smelting manganese silicon alloy.
