摘    要:概述了增韧环氧树脂(EP)的三种主要制备方法,即本体复合法、溶液复合法和机械复合法,综述了EP用增韧剂,如橡胶类弹性体、热塑性聚合物、热致液晶聚合物、超支化聚合物、无机/有机纳米粒子、互穿网络聚合物、复合柔性链段固化剂等及其增韧机理的研究进展,并讨论了增韧EP的物理力学性能、电学性能和热学性能等。最后,对EP增韧改性研究的发展趋势作出了展望。指出随着对增韧机制的深入理解,并基于不断完善的材料基因组技术,探索新的增韧方法和工艺、开发新型多功能增韧剂,可在传统增韧、增强的基础上,进一步改善EP的热性能,并赋予其导热、导电、吸波、电磁屏蔽、阻尼减震等性能。

Abstract:The preparation methods of toughening epoxy resin(EP)composites including bulk polymerization,solution blending,and mechanical blending were summarized.The research progress of toughening EP by rubber elastomers,thermoplastic resins,thermotropic polymers,hyperbranched polymers,interpenetrating network polymer,inorganic and organic nanoparticles,ironic liquid,hybrid toughener,and soft segment curing agents were reviewed.The mechanical properties,cure characteristics,electrical conductivity along with thermal behavior of toughening EP were discussed.Finally,the development trend of EP toughening modification research was prospected.It is pointed out that with the in-depth understanding of toughening mechanism,new toughening methods and processes are explored and new multi-functional toughening agents are developed based on the continuous improvement of material genome technology.On the basis of traditional toughening and strengthening,the thermal properties of EP are further improved and the properties of heat conduction,conductivity,wave absorption,electromagnetic shielding,damping and shock absorption are endowed.
