地铁隧道横向变形的激光扫描检测方法及应用

摘    要:随着城市轨道交通运营里程数的快速增长,作为一种典型病害的地铁盾构隧道结构横向变形亟需快速精准的检测方法。传统检测方法大多采用人工操作全站仪的方式进行检测,具有成本高、效率低等不足。移动激光扫描是一种通过快速采集高精度、高密度的点云数据来检测盾构隧道结构变形的新型技术,与传统检测方法相比具有显著优势。基于该技术,本文提出一种针对地铁盾构隧道横向变形的快速检测方法。该方法通过圆柱拟合与空间投影提取横断面,建立修正强度模型并进行噪声剔除,实现隧道横向变形的计算和统计。研究表明:该方法能有效地提取隧道横断面数据,准确地剔除管道、支架等干扰物噪声;与传统检测结果相比,该方法的误差在2 mm以内,验证了该方法在地铁隧道衬砌结构的横向变形检测中具备较高的准确性及可靠性,能够满足实际工程需要。

Abstract:With the rapid growth of urban rail transit mileage,the transverse deformation of the metro shield tunnel is a typical defect,requiring a rapid and accurate inspection method.The traditional inspection methods usually use the total station operated manually,which has the disadvantages of high cost and low efficiency.Mobile laser scanning is a new technology for inspecting structural deformation of shield tunnel by quickly acquiring high-precision and high-density point cloud data,which has significant advantages compared with traditional inspection methods.In this paper,a rapid inspection method for the transverse deformation of the shield tunnel is proposed based on mobile laser scanning.The cross-sections of shield tunnel are extracted by cylindrical fitting and spatial projection,and the intensity corrected model is established for noise elimination to realize the calculation and statistics of the transverse deformation.The results show that the proposed method can effectively extract tunnel cross-sections and accurately eliminate noisy data such as pipelines and brackets.Compared with the traditional inspection results,the error of the method is less than 2 mm.It indicates that the method has high accuracy and reliability in the transverse deformation inspection of the metro shield tunnels,and can meet the engineering needs.
