摘    要:通过湿法压轧复合工艺制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)基三层复合材料,采用网带炉对复合材料试样进行了烧结,对试样分别进行了油循环和干摩擦两种端面摩擦磨损试验,研究了网带炉不同烧结温度和烧结频率对PTFE基三层复合材料摩擦学性能的影响,对试样承载能力、摩擦系数、磨痕深度及磨痕形貌进行了表征.结果表明,随着烧结温度和烧结频率在一...

Abstract:PTFE based three-layer composite samples were prepared by wet rolling process,the composite samples were sintered in a mesh belt furnace.Two kinds of end face friction and wear tests were carried out on the samples,including oil circulation test and dry friction test.The effects of different sintering temperature and frequency on the tribological properties of PTFE based three-layer composites were studied.The bearing capacity,friction coefficient,wear scar depth and wear scar morphology of the samples were characterized.The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature and sintering frequency in a certain range,the bearing capacity,friction reduction and wear resistance of the samples first increase and then decrease,while the copper exposure and spalling degree of the sample first decrease and then increase.When the sintering temperature is 365℃and the sintering frequency is 25 Hz,the comprehensive tribological properties of PTFE based three-layer composites are the best.
