提高硬质合金拉丝模寿命的研究进展

Abstract:How to improve the lifetime is the important research direction of cemented carbide wire drawing die.Material,inner coating and pass structure are the decisive factors affecting the lifetime of carbide wire drawing die.Owing to the poor wear-resisting performance of cemented carbidedrawing dies,the lifetime of drawing dies is short.In the paper,three directions of improving service of cemented carbide drawing dies were described,i.e.the improvement of matters,coating treatment and pass optimization.The lifetime of drawing die can be significantly improved by such approachs as:low cobalt superfine cemented carbide,adding rare earth elements,coating diamond,selecting the appropriate half angle of working area and the length of lubrication area,working area and bearing zone.
