氮–磷协效阻燃聚酰胺66制备与性能

摘    要:为改善聚酰胺66(PA66)的阻燃性能,以氮系阻燃剂三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)和磷系阻燃剂9,10–二氢–9–氧杂–10–磷酰杂菲–丁二酸(DDP)协效,将原位聚合法与共聚法结合,经熔融缩聚制备氮-磷协效阻燃PA66树脂。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、万能材料试验机、垂直燃烧仪和极限氧指数仪等研究阻燃PA66树脂的结构与性能。结果表明:随DDP含量的增加,阻燃PA66的相对黏度、熔点、结晶度和力学性能均呈下降趋势。当MCA含量为2%,DDP含量为4%时,阻燃PA66(FRPA66–4)的熔点、结晶温度和结晶度分别降至250.78℃,203.74℃,29.21%,FRPA66–4的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别下降为68.8 MPa和69.5%,比PA66降低了17.01%和17.46%。但PA66的阻燃性能得到改善,FRPA66–4的垂直燃烧测试达UL94 V–0级,极限氧指数为30.6%,阻燃效果良好。

Abstract:In order to improve the flame retardancy of polyamide 66(PA66),nitrogen-phosphorous synergistic flame retarded PA66 was prepared by melting polycondensation polymerization method using nitrogen-based flame retardant melamine cyanurate(MCA)and phosphorous-based flame retardant 9,10-dihydro-10-2,3-di(hy-droxycarbonyl)propyl]-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DDP).The preparation process combined in-situ polymerization and copolymerization.The structure and properties of flame retarded PA66 were studied by Fourier infrared spectrometer,differential scanning calorimeter,universal material testing machine,vertical burning apparatus and limiting oxygen index apparatus.The results show that the relative viscosity,melting temperature,crystallinity and mechanical properties of flame retarded PA66 decrease as the content of DDP increase.When MCA content is 2%and DDP content is 4%,the melting temperature,crystallization temperature and crystallinity of flame retarded PA66(FRPA66-4)decrease to 250.78℃,203.74℃and 29.21%respectively.The tensile strength and elongation at break of FRPA66-4 are reduced to 68.8 MPa and 69.5%respectively,which decreased by 17.01%and 17.46%compared with that of PA66.However,the flame retardancy of PA66 has been improved.The vertical burning test of FRPA66-4 reach UL94 V-0 rating with the limiting oxygen index of 30.6%.
