生产信息化在油气田中的应用及效果评价

摘    要:针对四川盆地川东气田井站多数分布于山区,点多面广、高度分散、管理成本高、信息共享差等生产管理瓶颈,为实现有质量、有效益、可持续的发展,中国石油西南油气田公司重庆气矿自2012年开始采取"示范+规模化"方式大力开展气田信息化建设。通过信息化建设与应用,实现了生产数据实时监控、关键阀门远程控制、安全风险远程管控、生产动态系统分析、实时数据有效应用等5项功能,实现了将一线站场分散、多级的管控方式,转变为后方生产指挥中心集中管控的模式,即"三级控制""四级管理"模式。实践效果表明:(1)以往的每日人工巡井、录取数据、加注药剂等重复机械的劳动被中控室集中监控数据、井站电子巡井与泡排远程自动加注替代后,减少了无人值守井站巡井频率,提高了工作效率;(2)生产数据实时显示、关键参数预警和事件记录、视频监控等信息化功能的应用,能够及时、准确、连续地掌握生产现场的动态,实现生产现场的自动连续监控,确保人员、设备的安全和生产持续稳定运行。结论认为,生产信息化的实施在转变该气矿生产方式、优化劳动组织、提高生产效率、降低安全风险等方面均发挥了重要的作用。

Abstract:Well sites in Chuandong Gas Field in the Sichuan Basin suffer production and management bottlenecks, e.g. wide distribution, high dispersion, high management cost and poor information sharing. To achieve high-quality, efficient and sustainable development, Chongqing Division of PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company has vigorously carried out gasfield information construction in the mode of “demonstration + large scale” since 2012. By virtue of information construction and application, five functions have been realized, including real-time monitoring of production data, remote control of key valve, remote control of safety risk, systematic analysis of production performance, and effective application of real-time data, so that the multi-level scattered control mode of first-line stations is converted into the centralized control mode of rear production command center, namely, “three-level control” and “four-level management”mode. Its practical application shows that the patrol frequency of unattended well sites is reduced and the working efficiency is improved after the previous repeated unskilled labors (e.g. manual well patrol, data collection and agent filling) are replaced with the centralized data monitoring at the central control room, the electronic well patrol at the well site and the remote automatic injection based on foam drainage. What’s more, based on the application of informatization functions, such as the real-time display of production data, the early warning and event records of key parameters, and video surveillance, field production performance can be grasped timely, accuratelyand continuously, the production site can be monitored automatically and continuously, so as to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment and the continuous and stable operation. To sum up, the implementation of production informatiztation plays an important role in transforming the production mode of Chongqing Division, optimizing labor organization, improving production efficiency and reducingsafety risks.
