板翅式换热器波纹翅片传热特性与流阻分析

摘    要:以Kays和Hondon关于波纹翅片的试验数据为依据,与同当量直径的矩形翅片与矩形开缝翅片在同雷诺数的情况下进行比较,获得波纹翅片与矩形波j因子和f因子在不同雷诺数下的倍数关系。在Re=400~2000范围内,波纹翅片j因子是同雷诺数下矩形波的2~2.8倍,f因子是同雷诺数下矩形翅片的2.8~4倍。在Re=2000~10000范围内,波纹翅片的传热因子j是同雷诺数下矩形开缝翅片的2~2.8倍,阻力因子f是同雷诺数下矩形开缝翅片的3.5~4倍。

Analyses of Flow and Heat Transfer Characteristics for Wavy Fin in Plate-fin Heat Exchanger

Abstract:Base on experimental studies on wavy fin of Kays and Hondon, and compared with the straight fin and offset strip fin with the same of equivalent diameter and Reynolds number to obtain the relationship of j and f factor between wavy fin and straight fin in different Reynolds numbers. Re = 400 - 2000 , the factor j of the wavy fin is the straight fin 2 to 2.8 times, the factor f is 2.8 - 4 times at the same Reynolds number. Re = 2000 - 10000, the heat transfer factor j of the wavy fin is the straight fin 2 to 2.8 times at the same Reynolds number, and the resistance factor f is wavy fin 3.5 - 4 times.
