摘    要:人性化工作设计是现代企业人力资源管理在职务分析与设计领域中的新兴课题,是一种通过对工作进行系统性、丰富化和扩大化的设计改进以满足员工心理需求的设计理念。通过剖析丰田汽车公司在工作设计改革方面的成功案例,对人性化工作设计核心特征、理论基础和主要内容进行论述,提出"追求员工激励与组织绩效共同改善"的设计理念,探讨分析石化企业进行人性化工作设计的意义,为企业在人力资源管理中进行人性化工作设计的改进提供了模型体系。

Abstract:This design is a new subject in the field of position analysis and design in human resources management of modern enterprises, is a new design concept to meet staff psychological need through systematic, rich and expanded design improvement of the work. Through analyzing successful case of reform of work design in Toyota, narrated essential features, theoretical basis and main content of humanized work design, put forward design concept of "pursuing improvement both in staff stimulation and organization performance", ana-" lyzed significance of humanized work design in Sinopec enterprises, provided model system of humanized work design in human resources management for enterprises.
