高速发展的中国电力工业

中国电力工业从1978年到2008年取得了跨越式的发展。1978年全国发电装机容量5712×10^4kW，到2008年已达到7．92×10^8kW。1978年全国35kV及以上输电线路回路长度为23×10^4km，2008年已达到116．8×10^4km。从1996年起，全国发电装机容量和发电量一直稳居世界第二位，电力工业建设速度居世界首位。我国电网规模和技术已达到世界领先水平。农村基本实现户户通电，农村通电率已基本达到发达国家的水平。2008年我国燃煤电厂总的能源效率为43．19％．已居世界首位，烟尘排放水平基本与发达国家持平。从2004年开始我国水电装机容量一直稳居世界首位，2008年底水电装机容量达到1．71×10^8kW。中国核电建设进入全力提速阶段，可再生能源发电进入快速发展时期。

Rapidly Growing Chinese Power Industry

China＇s power industry experienced leapfrogging development from 1978 to 2008.In 1978,China＇s installed power generating capacity stood at 5712×10^4kW and in 2008 this capacity rose to 7.92×10^8kW.In 1978,the total length of 35kV-or-above transmission line circuits was 23×10^4km;in 2008,this length reached 116.8×10^4km.Since 1996,China has been the second largest power producer worldwide in terms of both the installed generating capacity and power output and the growth of the country＇s power industry has been the fastest in the world.China＇s power grid is also among the largest worldwide by size and the country is now in the power grid technology vanguard.Almost all households in the country＇s rural area have had access to power,basically on the same level of developed countries.In 2008,the overall energy efficiency of Chinese coal-fired power plants was 43.19% ,the highest worldwide.China＇s soot emission is now basically on the same level of developed countries.Since 2004,China＇s installed hydropower generating capacity has been the largest worldwide.At the end of 2008,this capacity reached 1.71~10skW.China is now quickening its pace of building nuclear power capacity and the country＇s power generation based on renewable energy sources is entering a fast-growth period.
