摘    要:本文通过分析现规范沥青混合料级配(体现填充原则)的不尽完善之处;为充分发挥集料的级配作用,使沥青混合料更好地满足高等级道路路用性能要求,提出了按体积比设计沥青混合料组成的理论与方法,经大量室内研究和实体工程验证,证明这一方法科学合理,简便宜行,可节约沥青,延长使用寿命和维修周期,具有较大的经济效益和技术意义,适宜生产单位推广应用。

Abstract:The present paper descusses the deficiencies of gradation composition of bituminous mixture on existing norm. In order to make best use of the function of the aggregate gradation, and satisfy thd demands of its pavement performance with high type road, the design theory and method of bituminous mixture gradation was developed and presented on aggregate volume batching in this paper. The results of laboratory test and field test clearly showed that the method is reasonable, simple and practicable. Bitumen being saved, pavement fatigue life and maintenance period being growed. as well as obvious economic benefit and technical meaning by using the design method, It is suitable for construction departments spread and adopt it.
