| Abstract: | According to the trends of reform deepening for own-stated enterprises and rapid development for mixed ownership enterprises, the new problems and new contradiction occurred in carrying out the mordern enterprise system are analyzed. Under the new situation,the basic thinking of innovation in CPC establishment is put forward under the new situation. |
