On Economy of Coal-fired Generating Unit in High Altitude Area

Altitude is one of factors that effect the economy of coal-fired generating unit.In this paper the writer analysis the combustion,heat conduction process in boiler,service power and other factors that effect the economy,and show that the altitude higher than 2400 meters have an apparent effect to the economy.And in conclusion the effect of altitude to the economy should be fully considered in examine of the power production.
