摘    要:针对步进电机启动时会造成丢步、停止时会发生过冲的问题,提出了一种采用FPGA实现步进电机速度控制的方法,建立了步进电机驱动控制系统.该系统采用“软启软停”算法实现步进电机速度控制,可防止丢步和过冲,提高工作频率;并且实现步进电机上电复位功能和掉电检测功能,可防止上电误操作.整个系统通过网络进行通信,实现了网络化管理.最后将此步进电机驱动控制系统应用于光学系统中,应用结果表明了该方法的可行性.

Abstract:Aimed at the stepping motor’s problems that it will lose steps when it starts and overshoot when it stops,a method of stepping motor speed control based on FPGA is presented.The stepping motor driving control system is constructed.The control system that achieved the aim of stepping motor speed control by algorithm for soft starting and soft stopping,can prevent losing steps and overshooting,and increase the operating frequency.Also the implementation of stepping motor’s power-on reset and power-down detection can prevent misleading operation when power-on.The entire system communicates through the network and realizes network management.Finally,a case study of setup planning that the stepping motor driving control system applies to optical system is presented to verify the feasibility of the method.
