摘    要:介绍了一种利用分布反馈(DFB)可调谐半导体激光器吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)实现甲烷气体浓度监测系统。不同于直接测量气体吸收前后光源强度的变化值,TDLAS通过提取二次谐波幅值信息,在频域换算气体浓度,因此具有更高的稳定性和精确度。同时对不同输出特性的DFB半导体激光器进行对比研究,分析光源的波长调谐特性及功率-电流特性对实际应用的影响。

Abstract:Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy(TDLAS) which is based on Distributed Feedback(Distributed Feedback,DFB) diode laser is used for methane concentration detection.By extracting the second harmonic of absorption spectrum,TDLAS can be more robust and reliable than the direct modulation.The impacts of some specifications of DFB laser diode,such as wavelength-tunable characteristics and "P-I" curve,are also investigated in this paper.
