| 摘 要： | 对技工学校的现状、原因进行了分析，并对技工教育的发展阐述了一定的观点。提出了改革管理体制、灵活办学机制、确定培养目标等措施，营造学习技能和培养技能人才的良好氛围，使技工教育走向良性循环的轨道。
