ZM5镁合金在不同溶液体系中微弧氧化行为的研究

摘    要:利用脉冲交流电源在多种电解液中对ZM 5镁合金进行微弧氧化表面改性处理.结果表明:ZM 5镁合金能够在硅酸钠、磷酸钠、铝酸钠三种溶液体系中进行微弧氧化处理;三种溶液中制备的氧化膜耐蚀性差异明显.其中,硅酸钠溶液中制备的氧化膜耐蚀性最佳;硅酸钠溶液中所形成的微弧氧化膜主要组分是Mg2 SiO4相.

Abstract:AC pulse micro-arc oxidation technique was used to modify ZM 5 magnesium alloy in several kinds of electrolytes. The results show that ceramic coating can be formed by micro-arc oxidation in Na2SiO3,Na3PO4 and NaAlO2 solution; the corrosion resistance of the oxidation film formed in the three kinds of solutions is quite different,among them the corrosion resistance of processed ZM 5 magnesium in Na2SiO3 is the best; the micro-arc oxidation film formed in Na2SiO3 solution is mainly composed of forsterite pha...
