中子源强度基准装置

摘    要:中子源强度基准装置采用锰浴法绝对测量放射性核素中子源的中子发射率,可以开展中子发射率的量值传递。基准装置由内部直径110cm的球形锰池、具有2路NaI探测器的伽马测量系统以及配套的溶液循环系统和屏蔽铅室组成,改造后的基准装置参加了国际计量局组织的中子发射率国际比对(BIPM CCRI(III)-K9.AmBe.1),比对结果等效,为实现中子发射率测量结果的国际互认提供了技术依据。

Abstract:The manganese bath method is used to absolute measure the neutron emission rate of a radionuclide neutron source, the primary standard can be used to transfer the neutron emission rate. The primary standard is composed of a sphere manganese bath with an inner diameter of 110cm, a gamma measurement system with 2 NaI sensors, a set of solution circulation system and a shielding lead chamber. The modified primary standard participated in the key comparison (BIPM CCRI(III)-K9.Am-Be.1) organized by BIPM, the comparison is equivalent and provided a technical basis for the international recognition of the measurement result of neutron emission rate.
