条斑紫菜自由丝状体保存研究

摘    要:研究条斑紫菜自由丝状体的保存条件与方式。结果表明:温度、光照度与营养都是影响丝状体保存的重要条件。在光照度为300lx、温度为5℃或10℃条件下,条斑紫菜自由丝状体在海水加富型培养液(ESS)中可以安全保存40d 以上,丝状体存活率大于90%,其保存效果优于1000lx 或1500lx、20℃条件。在温度较高时保存自由丝状体,则需要更换培养液。另用2% 褐藻酸钠包埋丝状体成胶球后放入- 20℃的冰箱中冷冻保存,其自由丝状体存活率与胶球的含水量有关。胶球脱水时间较长,含水量较低时,有利于丝状体的存活。
