信息化条件下装备维修力量优化配置模型研究

摘    要:传统的维修力量配置问题研究仅仅是基于装备维修任务量计算维修人员配备方案,已不适应信息化条件下装备保障的发展。借鉴组织理论,把信息因素引入到维修力量配置研究,并考虑由于信息化导致的保障组织体制变革的影响,建立以成本效益为目标函数的维修力量优化配置目标规划模型,计算并分析得出维修力量优化配置方案。为研究信息化条件下的维修力量优化配置问题提供了一条新的思路和方法。

Abstract:Traditional studies on allocation of equipment maintenance torce only tocused on the optimized scheme for maintenance force based on calculating maintenance task, which is no longer fit for the development of equipment maintenance. In the virtue of organizational theory, this paper imports the information into the studies on allocation of equipment maintenance force. Considering the effects of organization change due to the informatization, a goal programming model of optimal allocation is set up with cost benefit as objective function. By calculating and analyzing the model, the optimized scheme for maintenance force can be easily found, which provides a new kind of thought way for optimal allocation of maintenance force.
