摘    要:研究了 Ni( naph) 2 - Al( i- Bu) 3- BF3- OEt2 催化体系的耐热性能。实验给出 n( Al) /n( Ni)比是影响催化剂耐热性的主要因素 ,n( Al) /n( B)比是影响催化剂活性与聚合物分子量的关键因素。并得到了在聚合温度为 90℃时催化剂各组分的较佳配比 :n( Al) /n( Ni)=1 2 ,n( Al) /n( B) =0 .6,n( Al) /n( Bd) =9× 1 0 - 5。按此配比制备催化剂催化丁二烯聚合 ,转化率可达 90 %以上 ,聚合物相对分子质量 30万左右 ,凝胶含量几乎为零。这表明催化剂并没有因高温而失活

Abstract:The heat resistance of the catalytic system Ni(naph) 2 Al( i Bu) BF 3OEt 2 has been studied.The experimental results showed that the ratio of n (Al)/ n (Ni) was the main factor affecting the heat resistance of the catalyst and the ratio of n (Al)/ n (B) was the key factors to the catalytic activity and the molecular weight of butadiene polymer.The optimal ratio of various components of the catalyst was obtained at the temperature of 90 ℃: n (Al)/ n (Ni)=12, n (Al)/ n (B)=0.6, n (Al)/ n (Bd)=9×10 -5 .The conversion of butadiene polymer was up to 90% using the catalyst prepared at the optimal ratio,and the resulting polymer molecular weight was about 300 000 with no gel formation.This study proved that the catalyst didn't lose its activity at such a high temperature.
