电子式互感器数据同步的研究

摘    要:在介绍电子式互感器实用结构与IEC60044-8规定的电子式互感器通用结构方式的基础上,分析了电子式互感器(electronic current/voltage transformers)同步问题的几个层面:间隔、关联间隔、关联变电站和广域系统。介绍并分析了IEC60044-8标准提出的同步脉冲法数据同步与插值法数据同步的各自适用范围与优缺点。对线性插值法作了误差分析与数值仿真计算,认为线性插值法对绝大多数只反应基频量的二次设备而言,方法误差可满足精度要求,但它不适用于要求包含高次谐波电量的二次设备。建议在采用线性插值法进行数据同步时,取48点/周或80点/周的采样率。

Abstract:After introducing the structure of the electronic instrument transformers as well as the general configuration IEC60044-8 required,several problems on data synchronization of electronic instrument transformers are analyzed respectively from bay,associated bays,associated substations,and wide area system.Then,two data synchronization methods from IEC60044-8,respectively adopting the technologies of 1 PPS synchronization pulse and interpolation algorithm,are compared.Simulation and error analysis to linear interpolation method show that the method has appropriate precision for most fundamental measuring based secondary devices,but it is not suitable for the devices that require harmonic components measuring included.Finally,a 48 or 80 points sampling per period is suggested for the method.
