| Abstract: | The temperature of tray/bottom is very important for C_4 fractionate tower and carbinol reclaim tower in MTBE unit of Lanzhou petrochemical company.Because of fluctuant temperature,the qualified ratio of MTBE and the purity of carbinol have been reduced,so the model-free adaptive controller is introduced into MTBE unit,include C_4 fractionate tower and carbinol reclaim tower,the temperature of both tray and bottom can be controlled,the application effect is analyzed. |
