铱钽氧化物阳极涂层的研究

摘    要:本文选用IrO2为电催化活性物质,并添加Ta2O5为稳定性氧化物,采用热沉积的方法制备了一系列钛基阳极,研究了氧化温度、涂层含钽量、涂液溶剂对电极的析氧反应催化性能,以及在强酸溶液中的钝化寿命的影响.同时利用X射线衍射、电子探针扫描电镜对涂层进行了结构组成和外部形貌的表征.电极活性与涂层中IrO2-TiO2固溶体的结构和IrO2针状细晶的数量有关,高温氧化涂层中钽氧化物的存在则可以大大提高电极寿命.

Abstract:A group of coatings with iridium oxide as conducting component, and tatalum oxide as inert oxide, were deposited on titanium, and their microstructural properties examined as well as their electrocatalytic activity and anodic stability tested.The coating activity varied with the amount of needle crystal of IrO2 and with the constitution of IrO2-TiO2 solide solvent. The influence of tatalum oxide in the coatings on their accelarated service life was found to be great when the coatings were prepared at high oxidizing temperatures.
