摘    要:阐述了膜法有机物蒸气回收的基本原理,介绍了小本体聚丙烯尾气的回收工艺,应用压缩冷凝-膜法回收尾气中的丙烯单体取得了显著的效果,在降耗节能的同时,大大降低了排放的尾气中的丙烯含量,具有明显的经济和社会效益。丙烯的回收率高达95%以上,排放的尾气中丙烯体积分数小于7.0%。

Abstract:The principle of volatile organic compounds recovery based on membrane technology was described. Propylene recovery from noncondensable gas of small polypropylene plant was presented. The application of propylene recovery from noncondensable gas by compression/condensation/membrane separation hybrid system showed obvious effect. A remarkable saving in energy and propylene consumption was realized, which led to prominent economical and social benefit. Propylene recovery up to 95 % was obtained with 7 % propylene molar concentration in vent gas.
