摘    要:湛江发电厂2号灰渣泵房冲洗水泵电动机在运行中出现外壳温度过高现象。为了保证电动机的安全运行,在电动机上开了测温孔,用红外线点温仪测得电动机冷态启动时的温升数据。电动机运行温度过高的原因是冷却器冷却后的空气出口与电动机冷风入口不重叠,导风筒直线部分与转子铝风叶间距离偏大,漏风较严重,冷却效果差。针对此情况,进行了冷却风路的改造,合理地解决了该电动机冷却风路上存在的弊端,有效地降低了定子铁心、定子线棒的长期运行温度,确保了电动机的安全运行。

Abstract:The sluicing pump motor in No 2 ash pumphouse of Zhanjiang Power Plant experienced over temperature on its case during operation. To ensure safety of the motor, holes for measuring temperature were opened on the motor and the infrared thermometer used to acquire the temperature rise data during motor cold start. The over temperature was caused by serious air leakage and poor cooling effect that resulted from the non overlapping of the cooled air outlet of cooler and the cooling air inlet of motor; the over distance from the straight part of air duct to the aluminium rotor blades was also a contributing factor. Therefor, an improvement on the cooling air duct was made, which effectively eliminates the defects on the duct and reduces the long term operating temperature of stator core and stator bar, thus ensuring the safe operation of the motor.
