我国色母粒市场现状和发展前景

我国的色母粒生产厂有400多家,生产能力30万t/a,98％以上企业采用干法生产工艺。全国色母粒的年需求不到12万t,生产能力严重过剩。到2005年,预计塑料工业需色母粒15万～24万t,建筑材料需1万t,工程塑料需4万t,薄膜需3万t。国外色母粒的市场主要集中在西欧、北美和日本,生产企业多是跨国公司或世界500强企业。预计美国色母粒产量增长速度将会高于塑料工业,并且工程塑料用色母粒的利润将会大于其它树脂用色母粒的利润。最近开发成功的色母粒原料有色砂、微粉蜡和茂金属催化合成的树脂。色母粒向颜料高浓度发展和色母粒与添加剂相结合开发多功能产品是色母粒今后的发展方向。

Market Status and Development Prospects of Color Master Batch in China

There are above 400 color master batch producers in China with a capacity of 300000 t/a and about 98% of the producers adopt dry method process, but the demand all over the country is less than 120000t/a, resulting in serious overcapacity. In 2005 , the color master batch demand by the plastics industry is estimated at 150000 ~ 240000t/a , 10000t/a by building material, 40000t/a by engineering plastics and 30000t/a by film. The market of color master batch abroad focuses on Western Europe, North America and Japan, and the producers are mainly multinationals or the top 500 world corporations. In the US, the output growth of color master batch will be expected to be over that of plastics industry, and the profits of color master batch for engineering plastics will run over those of color master batch for other resins. The raw materials developed recently for color master batch include color sand, micronized waxes and the resins produced by metallocene catalysts. The development trend of the color master batch is high concentration of pigment and the combination of color master batch with additive to develop multi-functional products.
