| 摘 要： | 综合资源规划综合考虑电力供应侧和需求侧的各种资源,通过高效、经济、合理地利用供应侧和需求侧资源,在保持能源服务水平的前提下,使整个规划系统的社会总成本最小.综合资源规划是缓解电力供需矛盾、提高能源利用效率、优化资源配置、促进环境保护的有效手段,可促进社会经济的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | Comprehensive consideration is given to various resources in planning of the integrated resources.By efficient,economic and proper utili-zation of the resources on the supply side and the demand side,it is possible to minimize the social total cost of the whole planning system under the condition that the energy service level remains unchanged.The planning of integrated resources is an effective means to ease the contradiction be-tween supply and demand of power,increase the energy utilization rate,optimize the resource allo-cation and promote the environmental protection,which can facilitate the social and economic sus-tainable development. |
